The HVR Homeowners Association is committed to providing the highest level of Newfoundland’s west coast living with a beautiful, well maintained, safe and neighbourly community for the common benefit and enjoyment of all association members and our guests. We will encourage and support the resources of our community to voluntarily work together to enhance property values and promote the spirit of respect, caring, family and friends.
